Content Release Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
By submitting any content, including but not limited to photos, videos, reels, written content, and other materials ("Content") to Best Day of My Life ("we," "us," or "our"), or by posting any content on any social media platform as it may relate to Best Day of My Life, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok, etc., you agree to the following terms:
- Grant of Rights: You hereby grant Best Day of My Life a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display your Content in any media format or channel now known or later developed, without compensation to you.
- Representations and Warranties: You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the above rights to your Content.
- Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
- You have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals appearing in your Content.
- Release and Waiver: You hereby release and discharge Best Day of My Life from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of your Content, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or rights of attribution.
- No Obligation: Best Day of My Life is under no obligation to use, post, or distribute any Content you submit and may remove Content at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, Williamson County.
