Returns:

When you’re happy, we’re happy. Best Day of My Life stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for in store credit within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.

Once we receive your return please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Once processed we will email you a store credit code which can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing.

 

Exchanges:

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.

If you need to exchange your item, we recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order. Once received, we will ship out the requested exchange size/item. All other exchanges will be processed as a store credit. You can return the product to us as soon as possible and we will email you a store credit with which you can use to purchase a different size, if it's still in stock, or you can purchase a different item of your choosing.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to returns@bestdayofmylife.com of the damaged/defective item along with all the details of your order invoice.

 

How to return/exchange merchandise:


You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning/exchanging the item(s).

Fill out our contact form with your order number and mark “Returns/Exchanges” as the reason and we will get right back to you.
